The trade fair and marketing service provider Spielwarenmesse eG annually organizes the leading international trade fair for toys, hobbies and leisure. The trade fair creates a comprehensive communication and order platform for 2.800 national and international manufacturers. From startups to industry giants, there is a colorful variety on offer.

In addition, the presentation of new products and the comprehensive industry overview form a valuable information pool for around 65.000 buyers and specialist dealers from more than 130 nations.

This year the Toy Fair in Nuremberg started on January 25th, 2021 for the first time in the BrandNew digital format. The exhibitors presented a wide range of products in new ways.

In the first five days alone, 55.442 visitors with over 400.000 campaigns were recorded on the Spielwarenmesse website. In addition, companies used the Spielwarenmesse’s social media channels, especially in the opening week, to bring their innovations closer to the international market.

Spielwarenmesse BrandNew gave us the opportunity to present our new products to global retailers at a glance, despite the lockdown, and thus to reach new target groups,” says Bruder boss Paul Heinz Bruder.

Spielwarenmesse BrandNew can still be accessed free of charge on the world’s leading trade fair website until the end of April. “This will shorten the wait for the real Spielwarenmesse in summer, which is irreplaceable despite the digital success,” adds Ernst Kick, CEO of Spielwarenmesse eG.
